We collect your name, work email, company, eCommerce platform and the message itself. We also store the submission timestamp and an anti-spam score produced by Google reCAPTCHA.
Data is processed to answer your request and arrange a demo (pre-contractual measures taken at your request). We do not send marketing emails without separate consent.
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyses page interaction to detect automated submissions. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Contact requests are kept for 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then deleted.
Data is accessible to the xfind Manager and to the technical providers hosting the website, the database and the email delivery service, appointed as data processors. Data is never sold to third parties.
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to processing, at any time by writing to info@fix.one. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
